Feel Good Friday


HELLO!! It's Friday, I'm in love!...with my workout routine, now let me tell you more about the many wonders about Ed's Boot Camp.
I got into it because of my sister (our beautiful orange dress princess <3) she's such an athlete, she got me and my other sister onto it, her move was this, she heard it was an intense workout so if she could handle this then she was gonna do parkour (she's starting next month yikes! c:) this workout routine is a combination of many different exercises on a fast pace, including cardio it's also called the 1000 calories workout so you can imagine the amount of sweat produced per minute, and let me tell you guys it's AMAAZING! I went a size down in one month and the coolest part of this is that it's only 3 days per week, I'm so happy of seeing the results besides it's so much fun!
I totally recommend this to everybody, the only crappy part about it is that since the routine is not the same everyday at least a couple days every two weeks you'd be sore :/ but as they say "No pain, no gain"
